Jaul Posted April 21 Share Posted April 21 CG Loadout Reformation In-Game Name: CG Commander Jaul Suggestion: Swapping equipment in the regimental loadout Reason for Suggestion: Current equipment that Shock Troopers/Non-Commissioned Officers/Commissioned Officers receive cannot be properly utilized and are overall useless in most scenarios, leaving them to be completely unused or just forgotten about. The following suggestions should resolve the previously mentioned issues and in turn also make the regiment more efficient in their line of work: 1. Removal of the Heartbeat Sensor and adding the Smoke Grenade to the Non-Commissioned Officers - The sensor attachment is utterly useless because of it's short distance and the lack of times it can be used. Having a Smoke Grenade would be benifitial in numerous situations [examples like signaling transport ships for HVT pickup, clouding a escort or VIP escape] 2. Removal of the Shock Grenade and adding the Scatter Shotgun to the Shock Troopers - Having a shotgun on a defensive unit is already an amazing idea, it provides knockback while also managing a good amount of damage at the same time. The shotgun can provide excellent utility in both the Close Quarters Combat and guarding aspect of CG. For balancing, the shotgun would have no attachments on it and the rest of the stats can be determined later, but the knockback is a must. 3. Removal of the Flash Grenade and adding the Shock Grenade to the Commissioned Officers - Using the Flash Grenade is even rarer than the Heartbeat Sensor. We are never in front of any breaches, even if we are we would be utilizing our shields or waiting for 501st. Adding the Shock Grenade can be used as a universal tool, either it being to slow down an enemy push or catch out an elite hostile. Albeit the stats on the grenade could use a buff but that can be put up another time. Notes: - This has been voted on a Coruscant Guard Regimental Meeting and has been approved by the Commissioned Officers and the regiment.
