I have a lot of time and know a lot of people in dauntless, i have proven myself as a SGT many times before

as i hold many skills needed to be a SGT in this server, mainly training and leading

im a very good pick as i know what im doing at all times and keep a clam attitude in all ways

 

Responsibilities as Clone Leadership

a NCO aka a Non-commissioned officer is a mid level ranks trooper who is tasked with being the main lead in events and training low levels in reg,

as NCOs have a mid level rank they should always behave in all mays, making sure they dont mess about and make the reg look bad

NCOs leading can be boiled down to should THIS Nco be promoted to next rank, ranking how a NCO does in leadership shows how well they can do as a officer,

Trainings can be another way to see a NCOs leadership skills, with a CO supervising a NCO trainings allow they to rate the NCO on there training skills
