I am fair but firm person, understanding that it is a game whilst maintaining a high standard among enlisted and NCOs alike. I listen to the opinions and voices of those around me no matter their rank and experience as change can be good no matter where it comes from. I make sure to keep troopers active and interested in the regiment with new ideas for trainings and progression. Responsibilities as Clone Leadership COs responsibilities: - Communication between their regiment and other regiments. - Ensuring a high standard of performance and activity from NCOs and Enisted. - Trainings and tryouts. - Meetings. - Providing fair but firm criticism to allow troopers to reach the best version of themselves. - Guiding troopers and keeping them updated as to the future of the regiment. NCOs have fairly similar responsibilities besides tryouts, training and meetings. As they are still experienced troopers they are the pathway between the officers and enlisted allowing for them to communication effectively. NCOs will also be the main ones in charge of enlisted and will act as mentors of a sort. Extra Information I understand I have had previous problems with activity, therefore I believe a low CO-High NCO would be a good fit for me to prove that I can manage it again.
