Cheddar
Clone Leadership Application - Vox Personal Information Name: Vox Discord Username: thejuker SteamID: STEAM_0:1:65221739 Time Zone: CET General Questions Positions Applying For: Both NCO & CO Microphone: Yes Predicted Activity: 2-5 hours daily, after I'm done with work Previous Clone Leadership Experience: I have a lot of experience in leadership positions. I'll list a few below (can give more if asked for as well). Dauntless Gaming: RC SGT (When it was a donator regiment) Concept 1: CG 1IC Concept 2: 212th 1IC Concept 2: GO 1IC (Basically base command or whatever you want to call it) Fifth Legion: 41st 1IC ... Battalion Preference: Clone Guard - Military Police / 41st Elite Corps - Reconnaissance Specialists Reason to be a part of Clone Leadership In my opinion, experience is a big part of leading, that's something I have a lot of and not only in leadership positions of course, I have a good understanding of how it is to be a lower ranking trooper serving under someone. Experience is not the only quality that makes me a good fit for the spot. Other things that make me a good leader is that I am patient but strict when needed, I train my troops (and others if required) properly and regularly and I give everyone an equally unbiased chance. A different reason is when I am able to lead people I am more dedicated than before as I take leading seriously and don't just make it a rank to show off with, I take responsibility and actually want to be the best of the best and want to make my troops the best of the best as well. I'm easy to work with, I listen to everyone and do whatever is needed of me which is easy for my higher ups and fun for the people below me. Also, I have made a good amount of documents that, in my opinion, are well-made, clear and look good. Finally, if anyone has criticism for me I'll gladly take it and work on it since it's the best way to improve in my eyes. Responsibilities as Clone Leadership As NCO, my responsibilities would be assisting the officer corps wherever I can which includes hosting trainings, helping enlisted with questions and other possible difficulties they might have in the regiment. As CO, my responsibilities would be keeping the handbook and roster up to date and enforcing them, hosting tryouts and trainings for the regiment, making sure the NCO do their job. Possibly become a lead of a spec like Honour Guard in CG if that's a thing. Extra Information Not really no.
