Furthermore I can work great with other COs and i know how to talk to the COs of the other regiments. Responsibilities as Clone Leadership NCO- You train cadets, you learn how to be a good CO. CO- You host trainings, keep the regiment active and stop them from minging. As a CO you set an example for the enlisted and NCO on how to act, you also talk to the other regiments to ensure there is no fighting in between them.
