DrunkDetonator
Clone Leadership Application - Driller Personal Information Name: Driller Discord Username: drunkdetonator SteamID: STEAM_0:1:82619021 Time Zone: GMT General Questions Positions Applying For: Commissioned Officer Microphone: Yes Predicted Activity: Most days for 1 training and 1 event minimumn Previous Clone Leadership Experience: While I don't have much clone wars leadership other than being a 4th spec Jedi and SSGT in clone wars, I was a Captain in IST during the imperial era of Dauntless along with HMO. I was also IE Major back in MVG. Battalion Preference: 212th Attack Battalion - Primary Frontline & Armoured Ground Vehicles Specialists / 327th Star Corps - Engineering & Piloting Reason to be a part of Clone Leadership Honestly there's nothing crazy about me, I just feel like applying to have fun and work in a regiment to make it a fun, chill and enjoyable experience for anyone who decides to join it. I do however have past leadership experience from Imperial [IST / Medics], this strengthens myself as I know how what to do as a CO and how to act as one, I know how to carry out my responsibilities that I will talk about below this paragraph, meaning I will not have to be babied along the way and I can just get right into leading and helping a regiment to develop. Also a person I'm able to take any feedback, and act on it in a way that improves upon it, whether that be improving myself or the regiment. Responsibilities as Clone Leadership The responsibilities of a commissioned officer within a regiment is to provide guidance to those who join their regiment to bring them up to the best they can be, they must also make sure that their regiment has a strong reputation. They have many duties so to save time and to prevent waffling I'll do it in a bullet point form. Their other responsibilities consist of: - Leading events while teaching how to lead events to NCOs - Creating and conducting trainings - Managing spreadsheets and documents - Creating a fun and sensible environment for the regiment - Providing easy communications between COs, NCOs and Enlisted - Listening and acting on any form of criticism and feedback Not only do COs have responsibilities within the regiment, but outside as well, such as maintaining a sensible and behaved image for not only themselves but the regiment and troops they are leading. They also need to be able to communicate with other regiments well for cross regiment trainings, meetings or any issues that arise as to not cause arguments.
