I'm able to solve inter-regimental disagreements with ease as well as problems that could arise from other regiments. I'm able to take criticism well, working on areas of improvement is essential whether it be due to myself or members of the regiment. My communication can be great, its important have clear and concise communication in a leadership position, and will make sure everyone understands their roles and responsibilities.
