Responsibilities as Clone Leadership As an NCO i would be assisting cos in trainings, leading in missions and guiding the lower ranks. As a CO, i would be responsible for conducting regiment trainings and try outs and assisting the ncos by giving them tasks and guidance and discussing with the battalion commander about any improvements the regiment needs.
