I'm able to handle most aspects of being an officer with proficiency eg. building the regiment from scratch, creating and maintaining an officer team, dealing with interregimental relations etc. On top of that, I always strive to ensure that the members of my regiment have an enjoyable time on the server be that through alternative trainings or competitions. I am able to adapt to any role and always trying to be innovative.
