Primary weapon swap for Hound Company

In-Game Name: CG 1st LT HCO 1402 Noot

Suggestion: Replacement of the DC-15a for Hound Company

Reason for Suggestion: Hound Company would like to propose that the DC-15a and DC-15a (LT+) get swapped out for the DC15s (Stun). Hound Companies' role on the battlefield is to assist up close with the frontline with both massiff and melee power. We are now also to assist with Breaching alongside 21st.

Hound Company does not need a long-range rifle like the DC-15a as it is not fit for our job. It will also add more to the fantasy of being a QCB-orientated spec with the DC-15s, than what it feels like with the DC-15a. The mobility of the DC-15s is better for the close environment.

By this, I mean that the DC-15a is more clunky and is significantly longer than the DC-15s, and it does not fit in CQB. This change is also to further show Hound Companies' role on the battlefield. That we are meant to be up in your face with our staff and massiffs. Hound Company is together with ARC the tip of the spear when it comes to CG.

Me and Hound have tested the weapon and its ups and downs and we have concluded that this will be a good change for Hound Company.
