Green Company Permission to Assassinate

Suggestion: In light of Green Company's transition from the carver to the fiber wire, there is a proposal to introduce a protocol referred to as "PTA" or "Permission To Assassinate."

The implementation of this protocol will involve a specific communication format: '41st Green Company - Requesting assassination of HVT/EE.'

In the event of a DENIED response, Green Company will abstain from any attempt to execute an assassination.

However, if the response is GRANTED, all units within the vicinity of the High-Value Target/Enemy Entity (HVT/EE) will disengage, allowing Green Company to proceed covertly and eliminate the designated target. Upon successful elimination, Green Company will withdraw, permitting all other units to resume their activities.

Furthermore, this initiative introduces an extension known as an "Elimination Order" (EO), which functions similarly to the 327th's scramble order.

Under an active EO, Green Company retains the authority to use the Fiber Wire to eliminate targets as they deem necessary. Unlike the PTA, there is no requirement for other units to vacate HVT locations. Instead, Green Company assumes responsibility for ensuring their actions do not impede other operations.

The EO is intended for situations involving multiple sightings of hostile HVTs, such as snipers or infiltrated BXs, necessitating proactive measures for elimination.

Example Communications:
Green Company: "/c 41st Green Company - Requesting assassination of HVT/EE" or "/c 41st GC requesting PTA on HVT/EE"
OD: "/c Green Company EO currently active" or "/c Green Company EO rescinded, stand down"

Other suitable means of granting or denying this order can be provided as well.

Reason for Suggestion: This empowers the OD to grant or deny the requested assassination(s). Due to this the EP can tell the OD to deny it as well if it's not something that's needed.
