What would you do in order to be better in a leadership position considering past experiences?
I haven't made any notable as I was early in my career as an officer, though if I was to make one I would be sure to strive to improve myself after it. I have always constantly taken feedback from those above and below me to make sure I am always improving.
Role Evaluation
Why do you want this role, and what motivated you to lead?I enjoyed being Navy before the server was closed and would enjoy continuing my career.
Why should we choose you for this position?
I have already proven myself to be a competent Naval Member and believe I would be a good fit in the new naval team when the server reopens.
What responsibilities do you believe this role involves?
- Leading the site, even during day-to-day activities to make sure all facets of our garrison run like clockwork.
- Making sure that when we are deployed the right calls are made to ensure the republic come out victorious at the end of the day.
- To act as an advisory position in our assigned regiments/departments and helping them out when they need.
How would you handle conflict, disputes, or disciplinary issues within your unit?
If I was in the position where I had to deal with the above issues, I would make sure to talk to both sides of the dispute privately and attempt to smooth out any issues they may have. Disciplinary wise I would make sure that one's punishments would be dealt with swiftly and ensure they learn from their mistakes and improve from it.
How would you help contribute to the branch's activity, engagement and RP quality?
By hosting trainings when the player count allows for it, whilst also being frequently active when my own life allows it ensuring that Naval continues having a presence on the base despite the recent troubles with activity.
