I have extensive leadership experience from not only Gmod but also IRL and other Games where in total I have around 5 years experience leading a number of people in many different capacities, I also have a strong background in resolving problems, liaising with other individuals of all ranks/positions. I also have a dedication to Naval due to my prior experience as Base Command and certainly miss that aspect

What responsibilities do you believe this role involves?

• Management of the Naval structure and regimental relations r.e. Naval Specialisations
• Ensuring smooth functions of the base/ship
