Why do you want this role, and what motivated you to lead?I like jedi and it involves me in regiments so i can help there too, i like leading as you can help other people become better leaders and improve their approach to it
Why should we choose you for this position?
I am quite active and have a passion for jedi and leadership, and i want to make the server/jedi as good as it can be, i always try to be the best i can in events and trainings and help wherever i can for example if CG need help hosting trainings/tryouts/Quals i would be more then happy to do that and act as a officer within the reg to help the regiment alongside Generals and helping them where i can, i also would try to help jedi as much as possible hosting trainings to help deal with sith/EE's in general and their duelling prowess
What responsibilities do you believe this role involves?
- Leading Regimental Trainings if needed
- Leading jedi and regiments into battle
- Training up jedi upon the ways of the jedi order and helping them be better leaders
How would you handle conflict, disputes, or disciplinary issues within your unit?
Get both parties sat down and talk it out and get High command in if needed if it involves a regiment dispute and if it is within jedi sort it in house and get both parties to a state where they both agree and if need punishments been handed out
How would you help contribute to the branch's activity, engagement and RP quality?
I would host more jedi Trainings encourage Council members and 5th specs to host trainings and try to take part in anything i can and encourage others to do so as well, i would also help event team if needed to help create some jedi bits in events if they require some help here and there.

Is there anything else you’d like to add?I would really like this role i enjoy jedi quite a lot and would make the server a lot of fun.
