Role Evaluation
Why should we choose you for this position?I am dedicated, active, and take initiative when needed. I’ve shown commitment in past roles, and I aim to bring that same energy to the Jedi Order. I want to see Jedi thrive both in RP and combat, and I’m more than willing to assist with trainings, host dueling sessions, and coordinate with other regiments for cross-branch synergy. I also have no issue stepping in to support other regiments with tryouts or qualifications if required.
On top of that, I bring leadership experience, a strong understanding of Jedi lore, and a willingness to mentor others. I don’t just want the title – I want to contribute meaningfully to the branch. Whether it’s through activity, RP, or helping structure trainings, I’m ready to put in the time and effort. I’m also approachable and open to feedback, and I actively encourage others to grow into leadership roles themselves.
Choosing me means choosing someone who will not only represent Kit Fisto well in events and RP but who will also work behind the scenes to improve the overall Jedi experience for both new and veteran players.
I also enjoy helping others feel included and involved in the Jedi Order. I believe the best kind of leader is someone who listens and works with their team, not above it. I would always try to make sure everyone has a role to play, whether they’re new or experienced. I want to help build a strong and welcoming Jedi community where people can enjoy both the serious RP side and the fun event side of the server.

Is there anything else you’d like to add?I’m very passionate about the Jedi Order and would be honored to serve as Kit Fisto. I want to help grow the branch into one of the most respected parts of the server while keeping it fun, engaging, and lore-rich for everyone involved.
I believe the Jedi Order has a lot of potential, both in combat and roleplay, and I want to help bring out the best in it. Whether it’s supporting other Jedi, leading in events, or just helping the branch stay active, I’m ready to do what it takes. I’m always open to feedback and willing to adapt to improve.
