During the Phase were 327th Got the Breaching Prio, i made some mistakes and got complains
What would you do in order to be better in a leadership position considering past experiences?
Due to the Feedback i recieved from Multiple people i worked on said Mistakes and tried to be better which worked
Role Evaluation
Why do you want this role, and what motivated you to lead?I would like this role to just Help the Regiments, i know how each Regiment Works and what they need to do, as i have been in every single one, I changed from my position as 327th Executive Officer to CG 2nd LT to help the Regiment because it was at a State no regiment should be
Why should we choose you for this position?
I believe i have just a Large amount of Knowledge on each Regiment, that i either want to Hand it to those Regiments enlisted or just assist when needed
What responsibilities do you believe this role involves?
- Leading the Garrison if needed
- Assist the 1ICs from the Regiments when they need help and make sure Trainings or Tryouts can be hosted
- Assisting in Administrative Issues for example if there is a Complain about a 1IC from a Regiment or a Complain as a Whole
How would you handle conflict, disputes, or disciplinary issues within your unit?
I would listen to All Sides of the Story and depending on the sides i would make my own Picture and decide on that, sure you cant always make everyone Happy but it has to be like thin in my view, since it would cover all sides
How would you help contribute to the branch's activity, engagement and RP quality?
i mean i am a Pretty active player (in my view atleast) and i would help Regiments keeping the Activity up and also assist in making sure that there is something to do while no Events or No trainings are happening
