Do you have any previous leadership experience?- Superior Servers I was Navy, and in Prominent servers i was CG CO and i managed the troops on that server.

Not being strict enough with my troops leading to them getting banned
What would you do in order to be better in a leadership position considering past experiences?
I would be more strict with my troops to uphold the rules, reputation of my battalion in serious scenarios.
Role Evaluation
Why do you want this role, and what motivated you to lead?I want to allow and create more fun situations to help keep our troops motivated and focused on the tasks at hand. In my experience, I’ve been most effective when my troops are having fun and are engaged in defending the Republic.
Why should we choose you for this position?
Due to my motivation to always improve, as seen by my Current COs, and my prior experience in leading roles.
What responsibilities do you believe this role involves?
- Being Humble and not egotistical, and have the ability to learn from Prior mistakes
- Big factor is also reliability, you always have to be there for your troops and keep them First.
I would try to stay calm and listen to both sides, explaining what my troop did wrong or could improve to avoid the situation. If needed, I would stand up for all personnel. I also want to balance the line between fair and strict, without being harsh, because that can make anyone feel unmotivated.
How would you help contribute to the branch's activity, engagement and RP quality?
I would help with the paperwork for my superiors, such as inactivity warnings. I’d stay active and try to recruit and advertise to Clone Troopers. I’d encourage creative thinking in roleplay scenarios—the more creative my troops are in RP, the better the quality. I’d also make it clear that breaking character is a big no-no in serious situations.
Additional Information
Is there anything else you’d like to add?I was recommended by Beep to make this application. Before the server temporarily shut down, I wanted to rise through the ranks to become a CO and help Beep and WP with management, as well as make the medical division of Wolfpack active again. The reason I'm not applying for medical as well is because I lack experience in that field.
