From my memory, no big notable mistakes that resulted in me getting punished

What would you do in order to be better in a leadership position, considering past experiences?
Take feedback from fellow officers within the regiment and outside. Take input from the battalion command and general staff.
Ask for help if there is something that you are not sure of or can improve on. Keeping your head cool in times when you need it. And try to de-escalate situations, or if needed, remove myself from it until cooler heads prevail.
I find leading.. fun, even though it's the worst sometimes cause of the responsibilities, I personally like it.
Being able to assist and carry the teachings from others forward has always been fun and interesting.
And assist with creating something new if it's needed.
Why should we choose you for this position?
I have the motivation to assist with shaping the regiment into the best it can be. Assist the other officers, battalion command, NCOs, and enlisted with their duties. I want RC to be the best I can be, and I want to assist with this. And I think that I am able to do so.
I like doing the administrative side of the work. (Spreadsheet warnings, documentation, etc.)
What responsibilities do you believe this role involves?
It's all situational. I normally try not to give anyone a major punishment for small things. But we are still meant to be elite troopers, so there has to be some standard.
I would host trainings, SIMs, and arrange patrols. Trying to keep the regiment engaged when there is nothing else going on.
Help with getting the regiment to the standard expected from elite troopers. Not a hoiler then tho behavior but still a standard expected.

- Working with the other officers within the regiment
- Make sure that NCOs and Enlisted get the training and information they need
- Make sure that the regiment keeps a good standard and reputation
- Make sure that the daily operations within the regiment run smoothly
- Make sure that the administrative side is smooth - Inactivity warnings, Spreadsheet work, and documentation should be up to date and easy to access.

- If someone goes AWOL and starts killing the RIS Director, Demotion with possible further actions. (if it's deemed needed)
- Members arguing: Talk and sort out the situation
- Member getting arrested for something: possible strike (Verbal and written) depending on the severity and/or if it's a repeated offense
