Role Evaluation
Why should we choose you for this position? For a bit over a year now I've been playing in a separate community which is based in North America, during which timezone the majority of the activity occurs. As an EU player, I've had a preference to start playing on a EU one. Having previously played on Dauntless for a small amount of time, seeing that it was going to re-launch got my interest, and I'm looking to get involved ahead of the server going public again.
With this, you'd receieve someone with a great amount of experience in the gamemode, whether that be handling with in-game situations or those that arise out-of-game. I'm looking to get a NCO position in the Clone Guard as I believe it's a suitable starting point, allowing for myself to grind for higher ranks while able to do what I enjoy doing the most in CWRP - leading. Alongside this, if my memory serves me right, I held a NCO position within CG on Dauntless at some point in 2021.
Alongside this, I've chosen to apply for the Specialist position of ARC as it's a position, whenever available, I've always desired and gunned for. Not only due to the status of beng an ARC trooper, the best of the best, but also because I believe having leadership in the battalion as an ARC Trooper is a good thing. Especially when they are, as I believe I myself am, able to share their knowledge and help push others to improve.
What responsibilities do you believe this role involves?
- Maintaining and guiding the Enlisted Corps, ensuring they are properly trained, completing their certifications, and to help them push themselves further to eventually reach higher ranks in the battalion.
- Hosting trainings, simulations, and certifications for your own battalion, as well as others if it's a joint training, to enjoy.
- Leading trainings, simulations, and events - applying your experience and knowledge to make the right decision and ensure everyone has a good time.
- Solving any issues whether in-game and out-of-game as long as it's within your power. If necessary, further it up the chain of command to allow for the Officer Corps to handle it.
- Act as a role model within the battalion. There's a limited amount of ARC within each battalion and those who hold the role should know the protocols and procedures of the battalion.
- Be a friendly face. A bad Clone Guard can make the playing experience horrible, especially if they're in a position of power within the battalion.
- Plenty of other responsibilities exist, the ones I've listed are the ones that I believe are the primary and most important ones for a ARC NCO in CG.
