What is your expected weekly activity?: I can be active throughout the week, Mon-Fri I could be active for all events, Weekends would depend as I work in an industry which can be unpredicatble in terms of hours during summer. If you needed a figure then around 20-25 hours a week.

Do you have any previous leadership experience?- Ex- Base Command Captain in various fields: Engineering, Special Forces and Security.
- Various other servers in 1IC and various CO roles however most have closed over the years.
Role Evaluation
Why should we choose you for this position?I believe CG needs a strong officer core, as a long time member over many server iterations and as a current CG SGT, CG have struggled to maintain leadership as of recent due to exams etc, I have applied for this position as I want to contribute to a more active CG by not just being active but making sure we uphold our standards in terms of our professionalism and how we train CG and to making it engaging and fun as it has been in the past. I have a good understanding of the Clone Guard and how we operate and I want to bring back that upward trend of indepth roleplay and how we are seen as an active regiment and how we maintain higher standards in our duties which is more appealing to those looking for that sort of server experience.
Addtionally, I believe that I can make a vaild and valued contribution to the CO team because I have that experience of being a Clone Guard and I am dedicated to see that through in a positon in which I can make it both work and improve CG as a whole, in pratical terms I'd want to discuss how we can make CG better with a stronger emphasis on both roleplay aspects and combat aspects, communicating with CG members as to what they'd want to see as well as giving my two-sense and understanding to improve the overall experience and if needed, presenting my ideas to higher ups, depending on what we'd like changing.
In more basic terms, I will be a reliable officer who can make sure we have a presense for enlisted and aspiring members as well as maintaining day-to-day regimental matters however I would consider this the bare minimum but rather that making strides to improve Clone Guard, bolster the amount of said members and as mentioned previously to make sure we listen to existing members on how to improve their experience is what I want to acheive if selected.
In conclusion, I want to see CG thrive. I know its possible as it has before and I hope I am considered for a position in which I can help make that happen.
What responsibilities do you believe this role involves?
- Conducting trainings for both tasks and to keep the regimental standards at an acceptable, if not above said expections.
- Making relevant ammendments to the regimental spreadsheet and keeping up-to-date with activity, task progression etc.
- Making sure Enlisted and NCO's are acting to professional standards and taking action when personel are acting out of line.
- Making sure CG are correctly and fairly conducting arrests and taking any reports of abuse of said powers and acting accordingly
- If no battalion command are able, hosting weekly meetings to discuss relevant notices, information as well as voting on officer performance. As well as attending commanders meetings if no 1IC/2IC are avaliable.
- Regular CG duties such as interrogations, security checks, security of checkpoints, making arrests for breach of code of conduct.
- Making sure we are conducting joint-trainings with other regiments to improve co-operation and co-ordination between regiments during missions
