Role Evaluation
Why should we choose you for this position?I have a large amount of experience both in leadership and DG ARC specifically. I am able to keep a high level of professionalism, whilst keeping the game fun for myself and others. I pride myself on being an approachable character that people can contact if they have any issues or questions and I am more than happy to help if I am able to, otherwise guiding them to the correct avenues to solve their problem. I have experienced most regiments to at least an NCO level and I feel like I can assist regimental command by applying my knowledge from these experiences to my own regiment. I have proven myself capable of keeping up to date with server knowledge, such as those in high positions as well as mandatory training knowledge (faces, forms, ranking structure, etc.) and I am willing to adhere to this standard once again.
What responsibilities do you believe this role involves?
- Mentoring enlisted, being friendly and a point of contact for them in the case that approaching an officer or someone higher up may be intimidating.
- Being a good role model, not just for your own regiment, but all others as well.
- Keeping good activity and engaging with other members of the regiment in order to maintain interest.
- Encouraging others to keep activity going through passive engagement, such as conducting patrols or trainings (if allowed).

Is there anything else you’d like to add?I'm not as busy with uni work, so I should have more time to play and burn out shouldn't settle in as quickly. Pls don't have the entire officer team abandon ship immediately
