Water is wet, in the sense of being a liquid which flows easily, because its viscosity is low, which is because its molecules are rather loosely joined together.
So Water is wet.
this is water if you guys didn't know

And you can find water outside!
So go outside you Gmod virgins and take a shower
If you don't know what a shower is here is some information about what a shower is
A shower is a place in which a person bathes under a spray of typically warm or hot water. Indoors, there is a drain in the floor. Most showers have temperature, spray pressure and adjustable showerhead nozzle. The simplest showers have a swivelling nozzle aiming down on the user, while more complex showers have a showerhead connected to a hose that has a mounting bracket. This allows the showerer to hold the showerhead by hand to spray the water onto different parts of their body. A shower can be installed in a small shower stall or bathtub with a plastic shower curtain or door. Showering is common in Western culture due to the efficiency of using it compared with a bathtub. Its use in hygiene is, therefore, common practice.

Water itself is not wet.

The definition of wet reads as follows; covered or saturated with water or another liquid.

A single water molecule (H2O) is not bonded to any other water molecules and therefore it does not meet the definition of wet.

H2O molecules formed together with weak hydrogen bonds will then become wet.

As you can see here. WET WATER.

THANKS

Water is the liquid state of H2O. Yes it is wet. It is 100% liquid, and is therefore 100% saturated with liquid. Can't get more staurated than that. Oh wait, water can. Water is polar molecule, like little magnets, and is hydrophillic. You heard me right, water attracts water. So it's more like 100+% liquid. Also wet doesn't state that it must be saturated in a different liquid. So all liquids are wet because they are saturated in themselves, a liquid. There is no discussion to be had on whether it is wet or not. Because if it weren’t wet; then it would be dry, and at that point we can all agree it's not water, it would cease to exist as water.
