Role Evaluation
Why should we choose you for this position?I believe I am well suited to this role, as I am a long-standing member of the community with the necessary experience. I am open to new ideas, receptive to criticism, and I have great experience in mentorship.
Prior to my promotion to Naval Senior, I shown dedication to the Republic Navy. While assigned to the 212th, I built strong relationships with the officer team and supported them wherever needed, achieving success. I helped 212th with the overhaul of their training program, providing advice on how to streamline it and make it more practical & engaging. Furthermore, I helped less experienced Naval Staff by providing feedback after their planetary missions and assisting them with tasks which helped us grow. All in all, I gathered a lot of experience, which, moving into the next iteration, allowed me to lead missions effectively and with confidence. This experience also laid a strong foundation for my duties as a Naval Senior.
As Naval Senior, I had the opportunity to assist in establishing the foundations of the Republic Navy by creating the necessary documentation, helping to rework the task system, standardising departmental duties and implementing the necessary rules - allowing us to focus on our duties as quickly as possible. Additionally, I was tasked with running the Security Department, during which time I supported the CG officer team by training the enlisted and NCOs in their absence, demonstrating adaptability. After becoming CFO, I built a rapport with numerous officers, which allowed me to solve inter-regimental conflicts before they escalated. Lastly, as part of my daily duties, I mentored junior Naval members to ensure they were confident in leading missions and understood their responsibilities upon assignment.
Given my experience, and leadership background, I am confident in my ability to perform well in this role and contribute to the Republic Navy.
