Giving scorch the Heavy Shield. heavy_shield
How will your suggestion benefit the server:
Scorch has a Launcher sure, but Delta Squad with the Secondary Priority on Hostage Negotiation and Hostage Rescue, alongside for General Breaching Duties, the Shield has a Left Mouse Button ability to blow open locked doors, and the shield has almost full body coverage which makes the most sense for Breaching. It just makes the Scorch job actually have something Unique.
