What is your expected weekly activity?: Up until roughly the 15th, I should be available pretty much all day, afterwards will likely reduce due to work placement, but I should still have over ten hours a week.
Experience & Background
Do you have any previous leadership experience?- [Concept Servers] Republic Generals, Marshal Commander - Left the Republic Generals at Marshal Commander, the third rank due to the system changing that I didn't want to follow, the Republic Generals was the servers Naval, where I led several missions and was deployed to assist the 212th Attack Battalion, who would want my promotions despite higher commands desire to not promote me. This position taught me managing over a large group of people as a solo job, whilst also improving my communication abilities and planning with other entities, like the Battalion Command or Republic General Command.
- [Concept Servers] 501st Legion, 1st Lieutenant, 2IC - The 2IC from the start of the server, the 501st Legion was played with a massive underhand and had struggled throughout the entire time of the server, I worked with the 1IC and made the deal that we are one leg of the regiment. This concept had failed since the 1IC stopped listening to me and caused an imbalance, where I would leave the regiment and end up in the Republic Generals.
- [Concept Servers] 501st Legion, Captain, 1IC - Resigning from the Republic Generals, I chose to return to the 501st Legion where I would wind down until the server closed, I was offered 2nd Lieutenant in the 501st Legion, since I asked for whatever rank they wanted me to return at, where I once again tried to assist and handle internal problems. This would change sharply however as the 1IC was boarding on a community ban, and I was offered the 1IC position. I took this position swiftly, and forced a regimental revamp that the 501st was desperately requiring, the server closed the 501st surviving relegation.
- [Dauntless Gaming] 41st Elite Corps, Major, 2IC - Became the heart of the 41st Elite Corps, picking up the slack where the 1IC didn't, earning the admiration from the other members of the 41st. Taught me vital skills to take initiative and do what my power allows to patch internal issues, whilst also pushing me to put my foot down when it is needed, instead of keeping my heel light on every problem.
- [Dauntless Gaming] Republic Commando, 2nd Lieutenant - Became a member of Omega Squad - Atin - which kept me in check to maintain my position, at times I would slip up and risk my position as both an officer and as a lore character, but I do not sit idly by when something is bugging me and I will voice my opinion, using my opinion to spark a debate and let all involved come to a mutual idea, or at least allow them to see separate views.
- [Werewolf Gaming] 104th Wolfpack Battalion, Lieutenant Commander, 2IC - Proved myself early that I had capabilities, and was put forth for a temporary position to the Lieutenant Commander spot at just Captain, where I was later given it permanently. Collated a large portion of the 104th together and allowed them to enjoy themselves in a dire situation, I was forced out of my position by - at least in my opinion - severely corrupt high command (and a small amount of xenophobia) where the 104th would then fall after my resignation. I attempted to use the cards I was handed in the best way I could, but there was only so much I could do in such an environment.
Role Evaluation
Why should we choose you for this position?I would recommend myself for this position as I have experience spanned across several years and totalling about two years in the positions, It has been awhile since I have touched Dauntless Gaming and Garry's Mod as a whole, so I believe my antics are going to be calmer, which they should be considering the position. I am aware the system will be different, and I am willing to work with it, learn it and bring it to its full realisation, I will voice my opinions whenever I think of them, and my goal is to understand the system and propose improvements.

Is there anything else you’d like to add?The edits have been because its late and my brain has completely glossed over some of my experiences, they've been implemented now and this is now a complete application.
