With all 3 of those posistions i got burnt out in the end
What would you do in order to be better in a leadership position considering past experiences?
Go on LOA the moment i feel burnt out instead of playing till i cant stand gmod anymore
Role Evaluation
Why do you want this role, and what motivated you to lead?I mainly want this role and that rank since i wont be doing a main life thing anymore, im now going to focus on staff. However i do still want to hold a rank to help out IC aswell.
Why should we choose you for this position?
Because i have excited to serve the Naval team! And if asked i will always do my best to fulfill my duty
What responsibilities do you believe this role involves?

- The ability to use your brain in complex situations
- Upholding stability on whatever base we are on
How would you handle conflict, disputes, or disciplinary issues within your unit?
As Navy it would be my duty to mainly assist the CO who are punishing, however if i ever need to take things into my own hands i would give a punishment fitting the crime, which would most likely be a warning. After a warn someone in a regiment i would infrom the 1st IC of said regiment.
How would you help contribute to the branch's activity, engagement and RP quality?
By being there to assist the COs in trainings or to host the trainings myself, and if i see someone having trouble with another person in the regiment i will step up and ask what is going on so that there is always positive energy in the group chat
