Why do you want to join the Staff Team?I wanna be staff on Dauntless Gaming cause its honestly one of the best places for roleplaying especially Star Wars RP. Ive played on the server for some time now and really like how immersive and fun the community is. The way the server runs makes roleplaying feel real and exciting. I wanna help keep it that way for everyone who joins. Sometimes things get a little chaotic or people dont follow the rules and thats where I think being staff can make a big difference I wanna help make sure gameplay stays fair and fun for all players so everyone can have a good time without drama or problems.
Why should we choose you for this position?
I think I’m the right fit for this position. Ive been playing on the server for a good while now and really understand how the community works and what players expect from staff Im patient and calm even when things get hectic so I can handle problems without making them worse. I know how important it is to keep the gameplay fair and fun for everyone and Im ready to step up and make sure that happens.
Im good at explaining rules and helping new players get comfortable which makes the community stronger Im not perfect but Im willing to learn and improve every day. When someone breaks the rules or causes drama I wont just ignore it Ill try to fix it quickly and fairly I also wanna help keep the server organized behind the scenes and give feedback to make the experience better for everyone.
